Darrell Sheets

I spent the last two days watching Season 1 of Storage Wars. It may not be the most quality show ever, but its full of great characters! This guy was probably my favorite, so I couldn't help but sketch him.

Carly

I've been in a Transformers mood lately, so of course I drew a character I don't think anyone really remembers. To be honest, I don't think Carly did much, other than yell at a Decepticon or two. Still, I always thought her outfit was cute.

Back in the swing of things

Hello everyone! I'm back at school, which means back to being incredibly busy. Hopefully, I will be able to post most of my assignments as I finish them though!

Speaking of which, here's my Character Design assignment for Phil Rynda's class this week. The assignment was a Princess, Prince, and a Villain with a Triangle, Circle, and Square motif.

Film Characters Revisted

I was drawing my film characters from my second year the other night. I wanted to redesign the girl and put them in a bit of a different situation

I can't believe less than a week before I return to Cali!!

Excitement!

Hello everyone!! These are 3 paintings I did as a commission for someone on tumblr! They were really fun to do! They were done with gouache and cut paper on 2.5" x 3.5" paint cards

What I Wore Today

What I Wore Today- August 11th

A.K.A “Oh my gosh Samantha, that marimba player is so cute!”

Ok, technically this is a day late, but I was a little tired after coming home from this last night. My sister and I went to the Drumming Core International World Championship Prelims! And we were actually stupidly excited about it. My high school never had a drum line or color guard so it was insanely cool to see these semi-professional squads! And those were some SUPER colorful costumes and flags

(And my sister is a steel drum player, so she was scoping out all the percussionists)

Odds and Ends

Here's just a small collection of some sketches and things from this summer.

Two thunderbird drawings I did as Warm Ups

A goose I did one morning when I saw a bunch of them outside my house. Geese are scary.
A little painting inspired by Jonsi's song "Boy Lilikoi".
This was done for the "Doodlepoops" blog for the "Create a Movie Poster" theme! District 9 is my favorite movie!
And this was Luna Lovegood was a request on my Tumblr.

Hope everyone is having a great summer!!
